broken air conditioning slow response
the restaurant food was acceptable, and a healthier menu was available.
the air conditioning in my room was not working upon arrival. it took a full day to get it repaired. i was given a villa during the repair, but i felt it should have been addressed before i arrived. the response time from staff was slow, diminishing my overall experience.

Quiet Resort With Excellent Staff
beautiful gardens convenient shuttle fresh breakfast friendly staff
The staff were very friendly and were pretty good too. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Balinese coffee was available. The gardens are beautiful. The resort is well kept. A convenient shuttle bus offered easy transport into town.
The bathroom was quite grubby.

The staff remembered my name and room number, they always greeted me warmly. I saw employees assisting other guests with directions and reservations. The concierge readily arranged transportation and tours. The service was attentive.

mixed experience, some issues present
remote location expensive massage
the staff were friendly and helpful, a definite plus.
I found the location quite remote. Travel took around 40 minutes due to traffic. the rooms felt overpriced considering the distance from the city, and the massage services were excessively expensive compared to local rates.

Blissful Stay with Really good Service
lush greenery open-air feel delicious food
I found the setting gorgeous, and it featured lush greenery and koi ponds. The open-air feel throughout the hotel was quite special. The food was delicious, and the extensive menu offered numerous choices. Breakfast cooked to order was fantastic. They delivered breakfast to my villa at no extra charge when I placed an order the night before.
I noticed the resort is getting a little tired and could use some updates.

The resort features multiple pools that guests can use, and also a tranquil space for meditation. Daily yoga sessions are available, and regular shuttles run to central locations. This makes accessing local attractions easy.

Absolute Paradise
friendly staff daily yoga massage experience
I enjoyed the daily yoga sessions and paddy field walks. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. I particularly loved the spa treatments. The Balinese massage and flower bath were both Really good.
The ride into town in the open buggy could get a bit windy.

The room included a private pool, a cabana open 24/7, and a jungle shower. A large bathtub and canopy bed with mosquito netting created a luxurious space. A big TV offered Netflix and YouTube support, A GREAT added bonus.
